TWENTY-TWO
TWENTY-TWO is the second installment in the Palindromic Editorial Series. It focus on a week spent in Denver, CO and the daily walking routes that I took exploring the city. The use of the pattern throughout the publication is the symbolization of the bottom of my shoe, representative of the walking. The grid structure allowed me to fragment the photography, creating a disassociated feeling as a whole. My main intention with the fragment was to create a small sense of the different environments that I experienced while walking around Denver. The paintings of the cobras were done by artist Micah Mitchell (instagram@redpandart_). This is personal work for me to better explore concepts and environments. Watch for THIRTY-THREE this late winter '14/early spring '15.
